Está compuesto por un delegado del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, un delegado del Ministro de la Protección Social, un delegado del Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, un delegado del Director de la Función Pública, y tendrá como invitado permanente a un delegado del Superintendente de Economía Solidaria, y un delegado del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Economía Solidaria quienes podrán apoyar al grupo técnico con informes o estudios sobre los temas a su cargo.
