Artículo noveno. La Junta directiva sesionará por lo menos una vez al mes con todos sus miembros, y tomará sus decisiones por mayoría de votos. El Gerente del Fondo Rotatorio Judicial, el Subgerente y el Auditor Fiscal de la Contraloría General de la Nación, Tendrán voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones de la Junta.
