° . El personal integrante de la Secretaría Ejecutiva Permanente, será designado por Decreto del Gobierno, previa coordinación que hará el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, conforme a los requisitos que este mismo Ministerio establezca.

Parágrafo

El personal a que se refiere el artículo anterior, continuará recibiendo sus haberes y demás prestaciones sociales, en el Ministerio u organismo al cual pertenezca.
