Art. 15. En los Estados en que las Adminitraciones proncipales de Hacienda nacional no ejerzan las funciones de Ajencias postales, por haber Oficina especial del ramo, de las cuales dependan las telegráficas, las cuentas de los Telegrafistas se remitirán a la Ajencia postal de que dependan, en vez de enviarlas a la Administracion principal de Hacienda.
