Las pensiones de jubilación de los Institores serán pagadas, por muerte del jubilado, durante los dos años siguientes, a la esposa, mientras permanezca en estado de viudez o a los hijos menores y a las hijas solteras o viudas, o a los padres o hermanas solteras, indigentes.
