ART 258. Cuando los bienes de la sucesión valgan más de quinientos pesos sin pasar de mil, se hará el inventario de ellos, se pondrán en guarda en poder del cónyuge sobreviviente ó heredero de mayor responsabilidad, y se continuará el juicio de sucesión por los trámites establecidos para la 2a. instancia, ante el mismo Juez del Distrito.
