El término para practicar la revisión fiscal y la refrendación del cheque por parte de la Auditoría de la Contraloría General de la República será de cinco (5) días. El término para el control posterior será de diez, (10) días La violación de los términos previstos en este artículo acarreará destitución de los responsables, sanción que se aplicará de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
