Terminación de la vinculación laboral. A partir de la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto, el liquidador procederá a la terminación de los contratos de trabajo que se encuentren vigentes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2127 de 1945 y a surtir el procedimiento para la supresión de los empleos públicos.
