La fianza se estingue en todo o parte, por los mismos medios que las otras obligaciones, según las reglas jenerales, i ademas:

1.º Por el relevo de la fianza en todo o parte, concedido por el acreedor al fiador.

2.º En cuanto el acreedor por hecho o culpa suya ha perdido las acciones en que el fiador tenía el derecho de subrogarse.

3.º Por la estinción de la obligación principal en todo o parte.
