Artículo décimo. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1996, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Judiciales II ante los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Contencioso Administrativo, Penal Militar, Nacional, ante jurisdicción agraria, de Menores y Familia, será de: dos millones novecientos setenta y seis mil setenta y dos pesos ($2.976.072.00) moneda corriente; discriminados así: asignación básica un millón ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil seiscientos cuarenta y tres pesos moneda corriente ($1.144.643.00) moneda corriente; gastos de representación un millón ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil seiscientos cuarenta y tres pesos ($1.144.643.00) moneda corriente y prima especial de seiscientos ochenta y seis mil setecientos ochenta y seis pesos ($686.786.00) moneda corriente.
