Ley 84 de 1981 · por la cual se efectúan unos contracréditos y se abren unos créditos adicionales en el presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia fiscal de 1981 (Congreso Nacional y Rama Jurisdiccional) por $ 151.269.000; se efectúan unos traslados en el presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia (Ministerios de Educación y Obras Públicas y Transporte) por $ 329.600.000.
