En la partida del Presupuesto destinada á publicaciones oficiales queda incluido el gasto de las que, relativas a Estadísticas, haga la Oficina Central ó, con su autorización, las nacionales de los Departamentos. Para los gastos de material de la Oficina central y las subalternas de los Departamentos, el Gobierno puede disponer de la suma de $ 5.000, con el bienio, que se considerar incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos.
