Desígnase Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos Principal del Círculo de Villavicencio, para el resto del período comprendido entre el 1° de enero de 1980 y el 31 de diciembre de 1984, al doctor José Raúl Alvarado Linares, en reemplazo de la doctora Nereyda Oliva Zaparán León quien renunció del cargo.
