INFORME SOBRE SERVICIOS PRESTADOS. Los informes de que trata el artículo 153 del Decreto 2324 de 1984, deberán presentarse a más tardar el 15 de febrero y el 15 de agosto de cada año calendario, en los formatos que para tal fin elabore DIMAR. Los armadores extranjeros podrán presentar tales informes por conducto de sus agentes marítimos en Colombia. Dicho informe indicará además la forma como el armador colombiano cumplió con la frecuencia a que está obligado, según las rutas asignadas.

Parágrafo transitorio

Para el presente año el informe de que trata este artículo deberá presentarse a más tardar el 16 de febrero de 1987.
