Art. 8.° La sal marina que se embarque en los puertos del Atlántico ó del rio Magdalena deberá constar precisamente en los sobordos de las embarcaciones con el peso y marca de los bultos, y se reputará como de contrabando la que no conste en dichos so bordos. El Inspector de la navegacion en el puerto de Honda dará aviso al Administrador de Hacienda de toda la sal que que llegue á los puertos de su dependencia.
