Enfoque De No Discriminación Para La Promoción De Salud Mental

El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, el Consejo Nacional de Salud Mental o la entidad que haga sus veces, la Defensoría del Pueblo y el Ministerio del Interior, coordinarán las acciones pertinentes para que la Política Nacional de

Salud Mental reconozca, atienda y haga efectivo el derecho que tiene toda persona de vivir y expresar su orientación sexual identidad de género, nacionalidad, conciencia, religión y origen, libre de cualquier forma de discriminación de conformidad a la Ley 1482 de 2011 .
