La cuenta y ajustamiento de los derechos de cada cargamento se formará anotando por separado los bultos que paguen un mismo impuesto, expresando la marca y número de cada uno, y se les liquidará el derecho totalizando el peso de cada clase y multiplicando por el respectivo derecho. A esto se aumentará la suma de las cantidades que corresponden por multas y recargos, y al total se le deducirá la suma de las cantidades que deben rebajarse por averías.
