Registro y radicación del acta. El operador de insolvencia deberá radicar el acta que contenga el acuerdo de pago o sus reformas, ante el director del centro de conciliación y ante el despacho notarial según corresponda, siguiendo para ello el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 14 de la Ley 640 de 2001 y en los decretos que la reglamenten.
