Además de las contempladas en el Artículo) 23 de esta Ley y en el Código Penal, son circunstancias agravantes especiales de los delitos a que se refiere el presente Título:

Cometer el delito en tiempo de guerra;

Poner en peligro, por causa del delito, la seguridad de un cuartel, puesto o establecimiento militar, especialmente los destinados a la fabricación o guarda del material de guerra o municiones, y

Cometer el delito en casa de un superior.
