Contenido de los formatos de tarjetas de registro civil. Los formatos de las tarjetas de registro de nacimiento de que trata el artículo 18 del Decreto 1260 de 1970, deberán contener debidamente singularizados, los espacios y casillas necesarias no solo para la inscripción de los datos que componen el registro propiamente dicho, sino para la consignación voluntaria de los hechos y actos a que se refieren los artículos 10, 11 y 22 del Decreto 1260, modificados por el artículo 14 del Decreto 2158 del mismo año, de tal forma de facilitar que el registro de estos hechos y actos se cumpla de manera uniforme en todas las Notarías y Oficinas del registro Civil.
