La junta administradora oirá a las organizaciones cívicas, sociales y comunitarias, así como a los ciudadanos residentes en la localidad, que deseen opinar sobre los proyectos de acuerdo en trámite. El interesado se inscribirá en la secretaría de la junta, que en audiencia pública escuchará sus planteamientos. También recibirá a los ciudadanos que soliciten ser oídos sobre asuntos de interés para la localidad. Las juntas reglamentarán y harán efectivas las disposiciones del presente artículo.
