º. La salvaguardia adoptada para el producto determinado en el artículo anterior resultará de aplicar la siguiente metodología

Se tomará la diferencia entre el Precio Oficial de Referencia del producto comprendido en la subpartida arancelaria 10.06.30.00.00 y el precio CIF del arroz originario de la República de Vietnam, basado en publicaciones reconocidas de cotizaciones internacionales, señaladas por el Ministerio de Agricultura, y

Se dividirá el resultado de la operación descrita en el numeral anterior por el precio CIF del arroz originario de la República del Vietnam..
