ASCENSO A TENIENTE CORONEL DE LOS OFICIALES DE VIGILANCIA. Para ascender al Grado de Teniente Coronel los Oficiales de Vigilancia, deberán adelantar y aprobar un curso que se denominará de Academia Superior de Policía, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional. P arágrafo Para ingresar al curso de que trata este artículo los aspirantes seleccionados por la Dirección General deberán someterse a pruebas de admisión de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno. Quienes perdieren el concurso por dos (2) veces o no se presentaren por segunda vez, serán retirados del servicio activo por incapacidad profesional.
