Art. 302. Todas las mercancías estranjeras pueden puedea trasportarse de un puerto a otro de los habilitados i de un puerto habilitado a otro de mar no habilitado, siempre que por las espresadas mercancías se hayan pagado o asegurado los derechos de importación.
