Art. 88. En los últimos días de cada período escolar tendrán lugar los exámenes de comprobación del aprovechamiento de los alumnos de las escuelas primarias, siguiendo las reglas que para esto determine el reglamento. Estos exámenes serán presenciados por todos los miembros de la Junta municipal de Instrucción pública y por el Cura párroco, si su ministerio se lo permitiere.
