Art. 32. Los Gobiernos de los Estados harán practicar por Profesores de Medicina un reconocimiento en los alumnos que nombren con el fin de cerciorarse de que tienen buena constitucion física, i de que no padecen ninguna enfermedad contajiosa ni adolecen de defectos que los inhabilitan para hacer los estudios i para ejercer la profesión de Agricultura. La dilijencia de reconocimiento se remitirá también al Poder Ejecutivo.
