Obligatoriedad de los seguros . A partir de la publicación del presente decreto, las Pólizas de Seguros en este señaladas se exigirán a todas las empresas, con licencia de funcionamiento vigente o que se encuentren habilitadas y serán en todo caso requisito y condición necesaria para la prestación del servicio de transporte por parte de sus vehículos vinculados o propios.
