En ningún caso podrá estipularse a cargo del aparcero, multas aún a título de cláusula penal, ni el propietario podrá retener o decomisar por sí mismo, sin la intervención de la autoridad competente, cualquier bien perteneciente al aparcero para cubrirse el valor de crédito alguno.
