Art. 221. Los bultos se espedirán de las bodegas segun las órdenes que se reciban de los interesados; pero el Inspector apuntará dia por dia las salidas i dará una papeleta al arriero conductor, que esprese los bultos de que se hace cargo, sus números, marcas, dueños o consignatarios a quienes se dirijan.
