Articulo 67 . La contribución de Valorización constituye de gravamen real sobre el predio que ha sido objeto de su liquidación. En consecuencia una vez que se distribuya una contribución la Corporación procederá a comunicarlo al Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos correspondiente.
