ARTICULO 86. Para efectos del reconocimiento de la transformación de que trata el presente Decreto, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito en la autorización de transformación, fijará la fecha y años hasta el cual puede prestar servicio público el vehículo. Esta indicación deberá ser escrita por la autoridad de tránsito tanto en la licencia de tránsito como en la tarjeta de operación del vehículo.
