Artículo quinto. Las dependencias creadas por el presenten Decreto, además de las finalidades especiales aquí señaladas tendrán las funciones generales que para Granjas y Puestos Ganaderos determina la Resolución número 573 de 1944, expedida por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, y funcionarán bajo la dirección del Departamento de Ganadería.
