Art 6° Las Juntas de que trata el artículo anterior rendirán sus cuentas por trimestres al Gobernador del respectivo Departamento y lo informarán mensualmente, ó cuando éste lo solicitare, de la marcha de la obra. La manera como deben rendirse las cuentas será reglamentada por dicho Gobernador.
