Tarifas . Los operadores de transporte ferroviario de carga fijarán libremente las tarifas, sin perjuicio de los contratos vigentes, en términos que permitan la prestación de los servicios en condiciones satisfactorias de calidad, competitividad y seguridad. (Decreto 3110 de 1997, artículo 17).
