TÉRMINO. El funcionario investigador deberá perfeccionar las diligencias en el término de veinte (20) días hábiles, prorrogables hasta otro tanto cuando se deban practicar pruebas fuera del lugar donde se adelanta la investigación, fueren tres (3) o más los inculpados o las necesidades del servicio así lo determinen.
