La contabilidad detallada del Fondo será llevada por la Rama Administrativa del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, de conformidad con normas dictadas por la Contraloría General de la República; con el objeto de evitar duplicaciones, dicha Rama mantendrá registros presupuéstales conforme a las normas de la Dirección Nacional de Presupuesto, y sujetos a la inspección del Jefe de Presupuesto ante el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
