Tratamiento tributario de los ingresos acumulados, asociados a la etapa de construcción. Los ingresos devengados por el contribuyente del impuesto sobre la renta y complementario asociados a la etapa de construcción de que trata el artículo 1.2.1.25.6. de este Capítulo, se acumularán para efectos fiscales como un pasivo por ingreso diferido hasta la finalización de la etapa de construcción y aprobación por la entidad competente, de acuerdo con los términos del respectivo contrato.
