Articulo 1.° Con imputación al

Parágrafo 5

° bis del artículo 45 del Presupuesto, créase el empleo de Depositario de la. Estación inalámbrica de San Andrés, con la asignación mensual de 130, que se cubrirá por la Circunscripción de Telégrafos de Barranquilla, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor José Ballesteros.
