Para el adelanto de sus labores de carácter técnico, los Agregados para Asuntos Turísticos de que trata el presente Decreto, dependerán de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo, la cual les impartirá las instrucciones que considere pertinentes, sin perjuicio de las obligaciones que para dichos funcionarios se desprenden de lo establecido en la Ley 11 de 1991.
