Artículo treinta y cuatro. Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, sustituye los artículos 21 y 22 del Decreto 1419 de 1978, deroga la Resolución número 19005 del 25 de octubre de 1979, así como toda las normas que sean contrarias al Decreto. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
