ARTICULO 4o. En cumplimiento de las funciones PROSOCIAL adelantará un programa general de reestructuración administrativa y de personal, tendiente a ajustarla a las necesidades de su objeto social, para lo cual el Consejo Directivo establecerá la organización administrativa, el ajuste de la planta de personal, supresión, modificación y fusión de los cargos y dependencias que sean necesarias, en un término no superior a un (1) año contado a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, de acuerdo con las normas legales vigentes.
