Art. 1.° Los habitantes del territorio de la Intendencia estén en la obligación de denunciar y presentar ante la primera autoridad política del lugar las armas de precisión de tiro largo que tengan en su poder.

Parágrafo

El contraventor á esta disposición será castigado con una multa que no bajará de $ 10 oro ni excederá de $ 100.
