El auxilio o cooperación nacional para el Municipio de San Antonio (Tolima), con destino a la construcción de malecones y demás obras de arte para contener las avenidas e inundaciones del río "Cucuana", en el poblado de "Playarrica", será pagado directamente al Tesorero del citado Municipio, pero la inversión será supervigilada por la Junta de Damnificados de que trata el artículo anterior.
