Competencia jurisdiccional. Se entenderá por no escritas en el contrato las cláusulas por las que las partes convengan de antemano en separarse de las reglas normales de la competencia jurisdiccional, salvo lo dispuesto en el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo en lo relacionado con el arbitraje.
