Los municipios o distritos podrán en el término de doce (12) meses posteriores a la promulgación de esta ley realizar un estudio técnico y jurídico que permita establecer el área y la existencia por 20 años o más, de todos los espacios públicos construidos. Para tal fin se elaborarán registros cartográficos y formularios mediante sistemas de información geográfica y alfanumérica.

Parágrafo

Mientras se cumple por parte de los municipios o distritos lo establecido en este artículo, todas las demás disposiciones de la presente ley rigen desde el momento de su promulgación.
