Condónase al señor Jorge Ignacio Márquez el saldo que deba al Tesoro Nacional en la fecha de la promulgación de la presente Ley, por razón del alcance que se le dedujo como Cajero Pagador de la sección de prolongación de la Carretera Central del Norte a que se refiere la Resolución número 21 de 10 de febrero de 1928, de la sección 2ª del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
