Prohibición de prácticas monopolísticas y restrictivas de la competencia. Los concesionarios de PCS se someterán a las normas de competencia vigentes durante el plazo de su concesión. Adicionalmente, a la terminación de la concesión, estarán sujetos a observar aquellas normas de competencia que les sean aplicables después de la terminación, según la ley y el contrato de concesión.
