LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.7.3. Materias y Programas para Cursos de Formación Complementación o Actualización. Las materias y los programas respectivos para los diferentes cursos de formación complementación o actualización a que se hace referencia en el presente Capítulo, serán publicados oportunamente por la Autoridad Marítima, mediante el acto administrativo correspondiente, teniendo en cuenta para ello, no sólo el contenido y el espíritu de estas disposiciones sino también la práctica marítima internacional, y los adelantos técnicos del transporte marítimo.
