Las oficinas recaudadoras de rentas y contribuciones sólo atenderán órdenes de la Tesorería General de la República en lo referente a la disposición de los fondos que recauden, y todo excedente de fondos que les quede disponible cada semana lo mantendrán a la orden de la citada Tesorería General .
