El artículo 93 del decreto-ley número 1250 de 1970, quedara así: artículo 93. El gobierno nacional hará la designación de registradores para el resto del periodo que comenzó a correr el 1o. de enero de 1970, sin sujeción a concurso, y en la oportunidad que la superintendencia de notariado y registro lo solicite de acuerdo con las facultades que le otorga el artículo 94 de este decreto. Entre tanto, subsistirá la actual interinidad de los registradores.
